It took forever to find the right selective colour, and even longer to find a good way to fit the text on.

Well its really good. Its actually fantstic. i love how the HSM sign is in the corner and the colouring.

Damon; I really like it. It's quite different to the others? I like the image in the top left, and I'm glad that there's not so much pixellation in it? I think your banners look better when there's only a bit of pixellation {if that's a word}.

Damon - Its a great banner, and you have a unique style. I'm with Darenn about the pixelated thing, I love banners than have some pixelation in them, but Imo I'm not that keen when a banner is over pixelated? Like with that banner you have got the balance just right and its superb. :thumbs:
