and got away with it.

Obviously it's not nice that he has mental health issues, but that never has or ever will negate guilt, it just changes the nature of subsequent treatment

If he was in the middle of a manic episode I can’t blame him. Bipolar disorder is a very extreme illness when it’s severe enough.

It’s hard to negate the fact that there’s an absurd amount of evidence that he’s guilty of what they’re saying he is, and evidently an awful lot of people twigged long before they dropped his name. I’m more concerned about his mental health if it’s anything like bipolar disorder that drove him to this kind of ‘hypomanic hyper-sexuality’. The thing is no joke. People who are at the most extreme (almost schizoaffective) continuum of the bipolar spectrum with regular mixed episodes and co-morbid OCD, cocaine addiction and alcoholism make people like current Kanye West look totally sane and like there’s not a dicky-bird wrong with them, ever. If he’s not well then he’s not well. That’s why I’d be interested to know what he was actually admitted/sectioned for.

Huw seems like a pervy creep, but photos is completely different to a physical sexual relationship with an actual child. Legal or not.

Didn’t H.E go to someone’s flat in the Covid lockdown .. breaking the rules ..

We have no idea what happened in that case ( or the others )

You're spot on. This Huw guy is a complete pervert. How long he has been cheating on his wife with other guys, Gawd knows.

He seems to have spent his life perving everyone. :fist:

It does make me sick when I hear the Met saying no laws were broken when they haven't even investigated into any of the things Huw got up to.

Typical protection from the cops. They're appalling.

Good on Newsnight last night
After he (Dirty Huw) was put in a Mental Hospital,
they confirmed the BBC was already looking into
their own managers,
who failed to protect over 7 young men
working in that BBC building
who were being harassed Sexually
by Dirty Bugger Huw Edwards.

In Today's Telegraph.

I saw John Simpson on Twitter yesterday - and comedian Eric Idle agreed with him - that 'nobody broke the law' regarding the Huw perving.

HOW DO THEY KNOW, the law wasn't broken???? Nothing has been investigated properly let, and it looks like the police never will.

I see this all the time in the media. Someone says something and people just accept it, and repeat it. Nothing is ever questioned. It was the same with that supposed attempt to oust Putin from power. People just accepted that's what happened.:joker:

We are, I'm sad to say, a mostly a nation of sheep.:joker:

they want to give him a free pass because he says he is suffering mental health issues. If it ultimately results in the licence fee being ditched then i am fine with it

Yes, they can announce he is Fired
,

later.

people will not be happy if he comes back reading the news as before, and contrary to the narrative his supporters are trying to peddle, it's very unlikely to happen. If it does, the pressure to ditch the licence fee will reach new heights.

powerful people tell people what to think and some people just accept it, Sopel is the same, nothing to see here, they are in no more of a position to know than any of the rest of us, if there is nothing to see here he would not have been suspended...

No, he should never go back to that building
for the sake of all those young male workers
as they are not safe
around him.
