Not having a go because I know Gaga is consistently good live but she did not perform the whole routine live during that performance. It's not just about her pushing herself though. She has a lot of restrictions from her management. They decide whether or not her dance routines will be elaborate or not, along with her father Jamie. In the rehearsal footage of How I Roll you can clearly see that she's putting more into the routine so there's still hope that they will improve.

Yes, he has been for years now and it doesn't look like that will end anytime soon neither. Every decision she makes has to go through him first. Maybe when the conservatorship finally ends, she will be able to perform more elaborate dance routines and even try singing live, only time will tell.

No, lots of people speculated that she had bipolar but that was never confirmed. Ever since her breakdown in 2007 though, she's been under this conservatorship and is deemed uncapable to make her own decisions. I hope it's lifted soon though so that she can have more control of her life again.
