Lady GaGa has confirmed that she is already working on her next album.

The 'You and I' star insisted that she will continue to put out new music as soon as possible in order to "keep things exciting".

Speaking of the new record on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, she said: "I've been working on that. I've been planning the next tour, which keeps me very excited and busy because I have lots of new ideas, and I know exactly how I want it to look.

"I'm also planning my next music video. I have lots of thing to do, but in truth, I feel like I'm the most alive when I'm on stage."

It's the Iheartradio music festival tonight :amazed: I think she's going on at about 3am though </3
