Wow the crazy is finally coming out then  , what a complete idiot.

What a moment for those passing the 8 grandchildren.
A well warranted special scene after all their hours in the queue.
Great setting.

Nice touch…

I must say, I cant fault Harry's attitude.

But that's twice I've managed to catch live when it's been menbers of the royal family guarding the coffin. For someone that hasnt watched hardly any tv for 3 months now, that is an achievement.l, and perhaps a sign to reflect.

Stamp his feet and say I'm not doing it.

Hats off to him though, he been brilliant, and very supportive of his big brother.

Feeling more warmth for him now. Nice to see he finally got a uniform on as well. Him and Andrew not allowed them but the only 2 to have seen real service...

I find that weird...and amusing.

Parmy…he was never going to say he is not doing it….and I have to question where he has been ‘supportive’ other than turning up.
However it’s great seeing them together in their uniforms to honour their grandmother.

the proof will be in the coming months up until Christmas. If they drop more gossip bombs, their chance will have gone

We just happened to be in Scotland on holiday visiting friends in Aberdeen while the Queen was lying in State in Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh. We drove down, not to queue, as we had a long drive ahead of us back to Aberdeen, but just to lay flowers, pay our respects and stand by the Cathedral, knowing the Queen was inside, close by.
It was so worth it, the atmosphere was quite surreal - solemn yet uplifting at the same time.
It is just amazing that currently in London millions of people will queue for hours on end; some overnight, in the cold, such loyalty and devotion! I can’t think of another death that has inspired such a remarkable reaction as our Queen’s demise has, and not just in the UK, but internationally. We will never see another like her.

And great to see Harry in his uniform
:clap1:

Was nice seeing them all stood together , must have been emotional for them . And sharing this so very publicly.

Prince Harry looks so good in that uniform

He stood facing the crowds coming in...almost like the first thing they saw, whilst his brother william was kn the opposite end, only visible if people turned their heads.

Strong and supportive imo..he knows what side his butters on.

Supportive my ass. He would only have been seen at the funeral if William and Charles hadn't agreed to extent an olive branch after he and his ghastly wife had caused the Queen such stress in the final few years of her life. I'll never warm to them after the damage they have tried to inflict on the instituation she devoted 70 years to - NEVER.

You should have fained injury, the medical tent route shaved 2 hours of the wait in edinburgh...

So one of my elderly asthmatic customers informed me after her escapade wheezing up the royal mile on Monday.

jet 17-09-2022 07:22 PM

Just weeks ago the Queen invited Harry and Meg to spend some time with her at Balmoral. The last chance they had to do so - she was obviously very frail - and they turned it down. That's how much they cared. So F them.

The queens husband was ditching land rovers in his last year..so I'm sure shes used to the embarrassing headlines.

Dint treat them as 1...treat them as harry and meghan..so dont call them, them.

It's easier and more relaxing for the mind.

i have hopes that things will all settle down between them, but it will require all of them to make an effort. It's a new era and should be viewed as such

All the Royals have their faults as most humans generally do too.

I'm not going to join in on taking this thread down the Harry and Meghan hate route.
I stopped ever commenting on those threads as they all went the same way.

This thread is about the loss of Her Majesty the Queen, a very sad loss.
I feel as sure as I can be Her Majesty would really not approve at all at any of her family being got at in the lead up to her funeral in this mourning period.

I agree with you parmnion as to being supportive.
In fact all I've come across in the Royals at this time, ALL of them, is that in this time of deep grieving and dealing with the events, and in fact publicly scrutinised events of the events towards the funeral.

All I can see is a family, the best way they can be, being as supportive as they can be towards each other..
Accommodating the wishes and hopes of all involved.
For Her Majesty the late Queen.

The least everyone else can do for that great Lady's memory is not ridicule or condemn her family
On her loss of life thread here.

I agree with you too parmnion it is right that Prince Harry got to wear his uniform again.
Absolutely right.

I too have that hope - for the sake of the Monarchy and peace for Charles, William and Kate. I hope H&M find a life that doesn't include continuing to try to disturb his father and brothers peace of mind. But many will not forgive and forget what the traitor and his money grabbing wife have done.

Beautifully put Joey.

My friend queued for 16 hours today. She was there for the changing of the guard...she said it was unbelievably poignant and moving. She also saw the King drive past.
