Ok, then don't ask for it. You obviously did not like the response you got and have had to accept that it was a fair critique of your OP. Because all you have done is become immature when someone has sent you a response to your OP. You're simply ignoring the responses and the facts. This is why I felt impelled to 'out' you. Perhaps I am wrong and I apologise if I have got you wrong.

You know I was right about Victor and that much of what he did was tongue in cheek, just like Marcus. Why don't you respond when someone gives you a response?

Otherwise, the thread becomes a whole waste of forum time.

[/rquote]

Nope you are right J-Rock

The OP cant cede any points raised by anyone who hasn't agreed 100% that they are correct(its now more than one person well personalities posting by the way).

Thats because they have to be right all the time. just like their frind EP. And us lesser mortals should bow to their greatness.[/rquote]

the shameful thing about it all is they NEVER post anything of worth...it's all so limited and clumsy never anything with depth and force. It's always inadquate non-ideas that you can flick into the bin sans effort.[/rquote]

It is about time you started analyizing your own 'work' - you might see what others do then! :laugh2:

[rquote=2525541&tid=145529&author=myopinioncounts]Listen up, I actually LIKE Marcus believe it or not! He was a good housemate.

However, this thread is intended to show that he isn't the rebel he appeared as in the house, hence why he was a stickler for the rules in the early weeks and even had a problem with Sree for not taking them ''seriously'' enough.

If he broke the rules and stuck the finger to BB from the get-go, you all might have a point, but he didn't. If anything, he came across like a control freak from the way he spoke to Sree and took the tasks so seriously.

So again, read the post and look at it objectively. Marcus is not the ''rebel'' he is made out to be.

Of course, that's just my opinion, but it is argued in a fair and balanced manner, which no body can deny.[/rquote]why should someone be a rebel 24/7 for the entire length of time they are in the house? does it not make sense to test the water on how far you can push the rules of BB. I have said from the start marcus was playing the game getting to know who, what he could get way with, by week 5 he felt he knew what he could get away with or he got bord of the game and changed in to the person that so meny people like/love about him.

I dont think anyone thinks marcus as a rebel? they think he was more entertaining than anyone else in the house with him at the time, he did have a rebel side to him which you can not deny! marcus did brake rules, brake fixtuers and fittings ect.. that may not be everyone cup of tea, but it was liked by lots of people who voted to keep him in for a record 7 evictions thats a lot of money being spent by people who supposedly did not like him.

in lots of peoples eyes marcus was someone who was the most nominated and survived the most evictions of any other housemate in the history of BB. why can you not see why people would call him a legend or a rebel or big him up for them very 2 things? he brought somthing to the house no other HM as ever brought or he would have got the boot the 1st time he was put up for eviction.

why are you still bringing him up even today? he was evicted last week:puzzled: Lisa was evicted last night why not go and talk about her? why keep bringing marcus up i dont understand your point if he was not all that surely you would just drop all conversations about him.

[/rquote]

No meecha...my posts are ALWAYS superior to yours and your pal myopinionsaredumb

I posted this(below) as a reply to her nonsense but she was unable to respond cos she knew i had bested her...she ran away:

errr...what is your major malfunction re understanding what i posted above; I said:

So what if his true character took a couple of weeks to come through; that's called environmental adjustment and is a well documented/researched dynamic ALL humans(and most other mammals)engage In.

Environmental adjustment is well researched/documented...all mammals engage in it. It's an evolutionary gig. It's wise to be cautious in new environments; give's one time to asses etc. It's why people tend to feel a little tentative in new jobs; parties where we dont no anyone; kids entering school etc.

Do i need to go on or do you need more 'help' and further 'instruction'?

Marcus displayed a healthy response is all(as did all the other HMs)

Now if you possess any kind of logic at all you will realise that the later 'rebelious' Marcus was the 'real' Marcus...or at least a persona created by Marcus for the entertainment of others and taking part in a game show...i.e. it is very likely the 'rebelious' Marcus is a constructed persona by Marcus Akin based on his root personality....

I do have the feeling though that the above 'explanation' is gonna be lost on you and your daft palls who have also slavered their inadequate and stunted misonformed 'arguments' all over this thread!

Meecha i do feel the above argument has put her in her place and i doubt muchly meecha if you could argue against above lines of wisdom(Im giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you can even follow the logic/line of argument of course).

Bless.

CORRRRECTION!!!!...most threads re Marcus are now started by marcus haters. Of course the kind of folk who 'got' marcus like to see fair play and wont allow 'haters' defile his good character. As such we feel compelled to respond to such threads and 'educate' their obnoxious originators.

Ill tell you why because no other housemate can be talked about as much as marcus love or hate him he brings more to talk about than the rest of the drab thats left in the house or as left the house every other HM has no other quality's good or bad to discuss, thats why the likes of "you" cant let it go:whistle: very sad, but true.

Marcus is not the ''rebel'' he is made out to be.

why are you still bringing him up even today? he was evicted last week:puzzled: Lisa was evicted last night why not go and talk about her? why keep bringing marcus up i dont understand your point if he was not all that surely you would just drop all conversations about him.[/rquote]

What a great thread! (though a bit confusing at times). You know it's really great to see all your views, and I hope it will be cool for you all to see things from a HM's point of view. (will be dropping in and out of character so try and keep up lol) First off, I left my job a few days before getting the call to go on the show. I just wasn't happy with the company I worked at's quality level. You guys know I love to win, and as the 100% man, I NEVER do a half assed job. I fit tradition bespoke timber sash windows in period and listed buildings. I can also work in the factory actually producing the windows from scratch. If I had a proper job that I liked (I was unemployed when I did the first VT back in January) I would NEVER have done the show. That's not a slight on BB, but I know how hard a decent job is to come by these days. Now in the ad break after leaving the house, Davina gave me a quick run down on Grace (never heard of her before, and only know what she does after reading this thread) - she told me she liked me so I thought "ok, cool". I still think a lot of folk get confused about what it means to be a housemate. Basically, it means you have to be a piece of performing meat until the contract expires on Sept. 6th. I was expecting far worse at the interview, and at the same time had a whole highlite reel of cusses that I could have employed to vocally batter Davina (I had the term "beaky nosed barge arse" ready and waiting to be fired haha), Grace and Andi Peters should I need them (Davina asked me what I thought about Andi - I said he was certainly no Phillip Schofield ). Then I remembered I wasn't in the house anymore, and that maybe I'd be better off without the cursing. Davina was lovely (she and George Lamb insisted I was the best HM of all time - I told them that they probably say that to everyone, but they seemed hurt when I said that, and assured me that they meant it.) so I didn't need to curse her. I can't even remember what Andi Peters actually said, but as soon as he said it I knew he hadn't been following the show so I didn't dignify anything he said with much of a response. However, I did flash him a "don't ****** with me stare, then he shut his mouth and didn't say a peep after that. I gathered just by body language that Grace had to do bitchy stuff so I was ready, and what little of it came was very tame IMO. I just don't get why people say I model myself on Wolverine just because HE looks like ME. I don't read comics. I sculpt toys so I know all the characters but I hardly know anything about them at all. Her saying what she did in a derogatory way was just her playing her role, as I did in the house. The best roles are extensions of ourselves, so it was all good. I gathered my Mum had already told folk the truth, and that all the real fans would know who lives where with regards to me. For a split second the Dark Horse almost let rip, but I chose not to. After the interview Grace rushed me, told me she liked me, and that she'd get into trouble for taking photos - but she did anyway. I thought she was nice. You guys are all certainly entitled to your opinions, but I had a really nice time meeting everyone on eviction night (and beyond - Dom Joly and Neil Mallarkey were great earlier). Thanks to all off you who "fought my corner" here - you lot are legends! Thanks also to the folks who don't particularly like me. As fans, I love you all - if it wasn't for each and every one of you there would be no BB, and I wouldn't have had the great time that I did.
