You're seeing him tonight? :amazed: Are you taking pics?
Aye I'll upload em' when the inevitable hangover and fan heart attacks wear off :amazed:.
Ooooo nice, definitely will be epic

I came.
So it was awsome :D
Not only was it awesome but Doll And The Kicks supported him who I knew were one of his favourite bands but the venue had said there was no support.
The girl from that band ... I would ride the skin off her. Jesus Christ. And she was right in front of me in a fucking leotard. Highlights were Irish Blood, English Heart, Everyday Is Like Sunday, and There Is A Light That Never Goes Out [the encore]. He gave a great speech about how nice it was of the queen to recently visit Cork and ''bestow us with her great knowledge'' or something to that sarcastic effect and talked about how silly it was that you dudes had a monarchy when ''it's not the 1200's, is it?''. I'm pissed I didn't get to shake hands with him though. I was about two or three rows back from front and he shook a lot of hands and I was pretty close to it on a few ocasions. Said he had a great time even ''if it didn't look like I had''. Typical Moz but he was on great form. He had PETA stalls outside too. Good to see that he brings his politics on the road. People can slag him off all they want but he has his beliefs and he holds true to them which is more than can be said for todays wank basket pop stars. The stuff they were handing out actually made me feel quite ashamed that I'm a bit of a half arse vegetarian. |
