Maybe members seek approval after joining Tibb, like after being on a few months what impact they have made on the forums, and if they feel they are being "misjudged" then they want to win back some approval?

No. But since this is a forum sometimes my views change and sometimes i change peoples views. Don't really get hurt as you get what you expect, sadly.

I feel the same. You're not happy with what's going on here ? Simple, click on the cross and it's over.
I've been here for almost 4 years and with all the arguments I had, if it upset me then I'd have left a while ago due to all the insults thrown to each other.
It's no big deal to be honest.

But you can meet new nice people too and it's funny I think. Hearing compliments is always nice so I'll take them with pleasure.

Yeah, most of the time the good outweighs the bad.
