what a man hater :) lol
who cares. |
I think that laughably melodramatic first post should be all motivation we need to vote a female out again this year, just to crush his Che Guevara esque revolutionary dreams.

Since the invent of evictions in the first week, I think to be a first-evictee a HM must either have a boring character with little substance or a bad or cringe-worthy VT which they fail to live up to.
Taking this into account, it is not surprising that the first evictees are female. It is a lot easier for females to get into the house based on their looks alone. Men (generally) must have some kind of quirk in order to get past the audition process. If you look at some of the recent first evictions: Stephanie (BB9) - Wannabe, serial RTV contestant with nothing else going for her. Shabnam (BB8) - More of the same. Talentless, wannabe famous for the sake of it. Bonnie (BB7) - I thought she could have been a good HM. However, didn't really come out of her shell (suitcase twist could have been a big factor here) and didn't live up to her VT. Mary (BB6) - I actually liked Mary, but she did come across as boring compared to her VT Vanessa (BB5) - We had to wait right up until about week 5 to get a proper eviction, but the theory still holds true. Anouska (BB4) - Victim of silly nomination twist so bit of an exception Lynne (BB3) - I think the HMs themselves voted for her to leave. Most of the above are either forgettable characters, or fame-hungry nobodies. I'm not saying that there haven't been any male HMs that fall into the same category, but most have some kind of character trait which is interesting enough for some of the public to want to keep them in. |
I'd LOL if there's two females up for the first eviction.
I kinda want the tradition to carry on. |

Also if Glynn had gone instead of Bonnie (we'd have missed his "journey") All strange twists of fate which have in hindsight shaped Big Brother history, and possibly a good argument for bringing back no evictions until the 2nd week - letting us get to know them a bit better. |
Only 4 men have ever been evicted 2nd
Noticed a lot of people on here, including myself, posted saying that they're baffled that a man has never gone first in (regular) uk BB (excluding CBB, TeenBB etc).
Just looked at the eviction orders on wikipedia for all 10 series of BB, and... Not only have no men ever gone first, but only a small amount of men have even gone second. These are: Andrew BB1 Stuart BB2 Sezer BB7 Seany BB8 I thought Seany was popular haha |
Marco?
|
well thats 4 out of 10, so 40%, if one more man had gone second it would be 50/50 - its too close to make a sweeping statement.

I know that Kitten was technically 'ejected', but when Davina made the announcement, she said the first person to be evicted is kitten (and said the 2nd for Vanessa, 3rd for Marco etc) |
I always come second.

Not bothered who goes out these 2 ,dont like any of them ,but mc cririck more likely to cause friction
|
I'm suprised this hasn't been mentioned more often. Or am I just too observant with things like that? lol
|
There will still be those that say that a woman has always been evicted first in a main big brother series. UBB is a bit like a spinoff really...
