er, she so does the video doesn't look anything special from what Ive seen. And her song is dropping out of the UK top40 already so nobodies gonna be interested by time the video's finally released. |

The reason it's dropping so quickly is because it's solely relying on radio airplay. When the video premieres on Daybreak on Friday, it will start climbing up the chart again. I would imagine the video will get played every hour on channels like The Box on Friday seeing as she's such a superstar and if people like Alexandra Burke can get that sort of treatment, so will Britney. :) |

pitch correction = used to mask vocal flaws Anyone who actually knows something about music knows that neither of these will mask vocal inability, they only sound good if the singer has some vocal ability :) |

Britney uses Auto-Tune the way Bob Dylan used his harmonica — for punctuation, for atmosphere, for an alienatingly weird sound effect. It's a blast of vocal distortion, harsh on the surface, but expressive, capable of sounding wildly funny or abrasively pissed-off or seductive.

I loved that whole album, tbh. I think it's the best one she's done since "Blackout".

It's called autoTUNE. It automatically alters the sound entering the microphone to be in the correct pitch/tone. |
