well more so than the english impression

was in nz (aus tv) and on the news everyday was like new wedding memorabilia has sold out/released.

They love the royals. It's seen as a big novelty I suppose because they don't have a monarch so it's all diffirent and fairytaleish to them.

Look at how Obama fever travelled across the Atlantic. Events like this are universal.

I actually don't really gice a toss about the Royal Family, but I do like Prince William and I hope everything goes smoothly for him. I'll watch it just to see her dress, do a bit of celeb spotting and mock the plebs standing in the streets with their little flags. :)

I don't care, just an extra day off school

I won't be watching. It will be a security nightmare.

I doubt she'll have one. I think her dress will be pretty understated

I heard it might rain but how they can predict Fridays weather I don't know. Vague idea is all. Plus it's April - and England. Even if the forecast was for snow it'd do whatever it damn well wanted

Not as much as the media makes out we should, but I do love a good love story so I do follow it. "Common" girl marries a real Prince. what's a better story line than that

This generation isn't too much into things like this anymore. Shame. It might be because every thing is too overexposed these days so we know more than we want/should know so nothing is as magical as it once was when there was still the element of oblivion.

I will watch it because it's such an event. Could be the only one in my lifetime so it'll be good to know I was able to see it. They seem like such a lovely couple too. I was watching a feature on Sky News and it was showing how their body language in their post engagement interview was showing how much they cared for each other. With Charles and Diana, it was completley different, they weren't truly in love where as I believe these two actually are. Best of luck to them both, I hope they can withstand the constant media coverage of them, it's only a matter of time before they turn negative sadly.

I have a medical appointment that day, and as it will be Sunday service on the buses looks like I will have to miss it as I have to leave early.

I got a letter from the clinic saying that they know it is a bank holiday, so tough, now turn up!!

71% of Americans say that they will not be watching the Royal Wedding according to a recent poll. So, there you have it. All my British friends are throwing parties over the event, and even those who are working, are signing up to watch it live on their phones.
