Ben Foster from Birmingham City to Tottenham £7 million

Kasper Schmichel from Leeds to Birmingham City £1.4 million

Dimitar Berbatov from Manchester United to Juventus £12 million

John Carew is basically out of contract and will go for free. I had to laugh at saying Ashley Young would only be 8 mill, he will be 15 at least. All signs point to us buying Ben Foster...

Scott Dann > Roger Johsnon, Dann will leave Johnson will stay

Locke. 25-05-2011 05:41 PM

We've been linked with Dann quite a lot, not sure if I want him or not. I'd rather get Phil Jones from Blackburn.

The 18-year-old has agreed a five-year contract at St James' Park after being impressed by the North East club.

Blackpool midfielder David Vaughan has revealed Rangers have expressed an interest in signing him on a free transfer.

Vaughan will shortly be out of contract at Bloomfield Road and has been offered a new deal to stay with the Seasiders.

However, following the club's relegation from the Premier League, the Wales international has been tipped to leave Blackpool.
Sunderland are understood to be favourites to sign the 28-year-old on a three-year contract, while the likes of Everton, Stoke and West Brom have also been linked with bids.

SPL champions Rangers are also keen on the former Crewe Alexandra man and Vaughan is assessing his options regarding his next move.

"I know my agent has spoken to Rangers," Vaughan told STV. "I've just got to take it from there and leave it in his hands.

"In Scotland, Rangers are a massive club and they play in the Champions League. So it is an attraction.

"I've just got to weigh up all my options and see where it takes me."

Dann will make bench if he signed, Carragher will always be a first choice starter and Skrtel is being groomed to be Liverpool's version of Nemanja Vidic;).

Where do we think Alexis Sanchez will end up at out of all the big clubs?

According to reports Bolton Wanderers are interested in Southampton winger Jason Puncheon.

The midfielder impressed while on-loan at Blackpool in the second-half of the Premier League season.

The Daily Star claims Wanderers are in a battle with Scottish giants Rangers for the signature of the Saints winger.

It is understood the South Coast club is now prepared to cash in on their star man and buy big following their promotion to the Championship.

Carragher has at most 1 full season left in the starting 11. He's already lost about 5 yards on what he used to have. He is 33 now there is no chance he will be starting week in week out at 35.

I'm convinced he'll end up at Liverpool still, can see Aston Villa still be interested but don't think Spurs will be interested again.

Genk's title is the key word for Milan Jovanovic. Currently in Qatar where he underwent undergo knee surgery, Jovanovic said "Genk deserve the title, but I'm disappointed that Standard did not win."

"I am proud of my former teammates. For me they are heroes. Personally, I will now try to prepare myself for next season. In Qatar, my left meniscus was cleaned. The operation was successful and now I can look for a good club[for my future]." Olympiakos, Anderlecht and Atletico Madrid have already expressed interest, but the Serbian player would rather go to Germany

dunno if it's been posted but I just found this on an Arsenal fansite

Quote:

It seems that the transfer market is in full swing and manager Arsène Wenger has wasted no time in bolstering the squad.

Reports have emerged today of the club completing the signings of Barcelona starlets Jon Toral and Hector Bellerin.

The Catalan giants are reportedly furious at the coup, having offered the two professional contracts as well.

The pair have signed five year contracts with the club, but we will await official confirmation from the club.

King Gizzard 27-05-2011 12:02 AM

Same old Arsene, buy some players that arent under the age of 18 for once!!

Novo 27-05-2011 12:02 AM

Read that before, he needs to start splashing the cash instead of signing unproven youngsters though they won't win him cups anytime soon
