I still think it's strange that someone moderating wouldn't be updated on how things work - Kinda like the boss at work not knowing what I do or how I do it. That's all I'm saying. I'm not arguing - all I was doing is stating my point of view.

I never mentioned emails. :conf: I was the one who mentioned that they don't come via email - but via PM.

He's a moderator - he's liable to issue infractions/warnings. It's like being banned - he knows how to issue a member with a ban, and he can specify the duration of the ban. It doesn't matter whether or not he knows the layout of them - that's for the administrator(s) to worry about, tbh. If he understands the procedure, and in what circumstances he has a right to issue them, I don't see the problem. :)

Before this turns into a debate at how good mods are at their job I'm closing this thread. If you have any queries/issues regarding how we do our jobs then you know where we are.

Also I don't believe that making light of being banned is a a good thing. It's a punishment not a joke.
