In Batman returns she learns more towards the bad side but in general she is a tweener i suppose hopefully they don't make her to good in the new movie

I like the look of Anne's Catwoman, they havent based the whole outfit around a gimmick, also teh glasses look cool and I want some :3

Everyone in this Batman continuity has a questionable sense of morality, so I don't think Catwoman will be a goodie two shoes

Anne is a fine actress so I'm sure she will do a great job of this role, better than Berry and Pfeiffer anyway.

Doubt she'll be anywhere near as good as Michelle Pfeiffer.. we'll see though

God why can't Anne Hathaway just fuck off with her extreme lack of acting talent and blank emotionless gormless face and go into porn? It's all that she's good for.

This film is beginning to look like a parody. Maybe Nolan has a sense of awareness after all. I think I want this to be such a mess that even the disciples can't string together a defence.

It's a bit early to judge anything either way from a photo alone...

I have my doubts but I certainly dont want her to fail, thats ridiculous. For the sake of it becoming a perfect trilogy I hope she proves everyone wrong.
Katie Holmes isnt known for being a particularly brilliant actress but she was excellent in Batman Begins.

I dont think Nolan has made one bad film in his entire career so far.

I don't think he has either. I do believe he is vastly overrated though to the point of nausea.

He makes smart films for dumb people.

Also ... his editing abilities are very clumsy.

I think the full costume looks quite good.

How does she look anything like a cat though, there is nothing there at all that resembles a cat?

I'm kind of glad she doesn't, it would have looked cheesy. I'm guessing the fact that she's a cat burgler will explain her name in the film rather then her costume having any catlike attributes.

Anne Hathaway showed she's an ok actress in fantastical roles when she did Alice in Wonderland but never in a million years will she top Pfeiffer. And she looks a little too angelic, hopefully she breaks that mould in the film.

Monica Bellucci would have been perfect save for her age.

The more I see of this film the worse it looks. All based on presumption I know so there is no need to point that out to me. Bane's costume is ridiculous, Gordon's back to doing his senile rambling speeches and Catwoman is played by Anne Hathaway. And as much as I'd love to use her arsehole like it was a KP Choc Dip she's awful and doesn't even look like Catwoman. I imagine she's just going to be Nolan female character 101, which is that she'll have absolutely no character at all and be portrayed in an awful manner, either as considerably weaker than/dependent on the other male characters or just evil.

The weakest part of the films have been the women, Rachel Dawes. Either by Katie Holmes or Maggie 'my brother is more attractive to straight men' Gyllenhaal, they both sucked, and I couldn't have given a flying arse about the connection between Bruce and her in either film.

That was just the films I think. Catwoman's just a normal woman in the comics I think, she's just very good at what she does.
