In my original post I said I hate people who are not vegan or who do not consider being vegan, I then clarified my brief statement in a later post. I'm truly sorry I didn't write a nine page summary of my specific beliefs for you.

No apology needed. You're more than entitled to have your opinion, and more than entitled to change your mind.

I never denied it. You misunderstood: I get enough of them in my foods my food is fortified with them. I wasn't trying to deny your point at all - you were correct and I was confirming it.

Its always the same, because its something a lot of people feel strongly about.

This is relatively tame compared to the other threads like this we have had.

There you go again. Making things up and reading something that wasn't said.

I didn't say you denied anything in respect of supplements - I said you were confirming that I was correct.

Don't be silly. I'm quite happy to accept someone elses opinion - I might not agree with it - but I'm pleased to say I don't go around hating people for not believing in the same things I do.

Call me considerate that way. :D

You'll have to inform me. I haven't been on here for a while now, you see? ;)

It was the way you wrote your response. You said "okay - so you confirmed my point" as if I finally had admitted it after my initial response to your post.

Wulp unfortunately I can't continue this girly chat of ours </3 I have to go sing a sea chanty with my gal pals. But thanks for the debate errbody, it's been lovely.

What about calcium? How do you get that?

Stop making things up about what you 'think' was said. What I said is what I said and particularly, given that was on the back of my earlier post which stated.

Special vegan supplements are recommended, same for B12 vitamin. I'm sure our Vegan friend will confirm.

Doesn't have to come from dairy products. High calcium in things such as broccoli, kale etc - spinach (though the latter not so much).

foods have calcium added to them so sourced from that side too.

I'm not saying veganism is wrong, but having to supplement a diet so much surely means its a poor way to eat?

Takes a lot to learn I'd imagine to get it right and as balanced as it can be, but like everything else: when you're used to living a certain way - it becomes the norm and you know what you need to be eating to ensure the body gets what it requires.

Apart from the fact that I like certain types of meat, fish etc: I cba with it.
