Not that I'm aware of, sort of glad in a way, the tweenies would vote in their droves and we'd have a final 3 consisting of Nu Vibe and Frankie.

Marc 04-10-2011 01:01 AM

Cheryl or Jade/John Wilding

camertone 04-10-2011 03:09 AM

hopefully the twist is to bring jade as the wild card to the live show.

Lewis. 04-10-2011 05:52 AM

I don't think they would be able to just bring back Jade, they'd need to bring back one from each category and I really can't see that happening. I reckon It will have something to do with a triple elimination probably.

Marc 04-10-2011 10:30 AM

Maybe they'll let the public decide between 1 WC from each catagory eg. Jade v. John v. Boy/Girl v. Carolynn

It's been confirmed their won't be any more contestants. I do think it'll either be category swapping, which would be lame or something simple like... 'DOUBLE ELIMINATIONS'

Ryan244 04-10-2011 04:14 PM

Gamu's back ? LOL

Mystic Mock 04-10-2011 04:21 PM

Katie Waissel has returned to hit more bottom twos?

Tom4784 04-10-2011 04:22 PM

There's only three realistic options.

1. Double eliminations- I'm betting on this, it's just XF trying to build up some hype.

2. A single wildcard to be voted back - The most likely option after the eliminations, it would explain Jade Richards being left out as they'd make a fair bit from the vote to bring her back.

3. Guest Judges - A fifth impartial judge that changes every week, Simon said he'd be involved in the live shows in some way so I could see this happening.

I'm not betting on anything more then a double eviction but a guest judge would be cool.

There's a Rumour...

There are whispers going about on FB just now that the X Factor have been seen in Buckhaven today, which is Jades home town. Also spotted outside her local pub.

Sounds like my local paper suspects the wildcard twist too...

Great

Niamh. 04-10-2011 04:30 PM

Melanie is better

Mystic Mock 04-10-2011 04:30 PM

Not 20 contestants as we will be having ties all over the place in the votes.

Roy Mars III 04-10-2011 04:33 PM

I can see it now, Cheryl will be back and able to pick four of the 'rejects' for a mixed category.

I'm telling you now, if that happens, then I firmly believe all that X-Factor US BS was a big publicity stunt and I for one will be tuning off :bored:

Harry! 04-10-2011 04:39 PM

If Cheryl is back I will will not watch.

Tom4784 04-10-2011 04:43 PM

It's more likely one will be voted back, I said in another thread that it's a good way to bring in more money as people will vote for Jade. I think a fifth judge would be interesting but a Top 20 ain't happening, if Cheryl is back then she'll be an impartial judge.

Kazanne 04-10-2011 04:49 PM

Just picked this up on aol.
Jade Richards will apparently not be coming back for The X Factor's live finals in this weekend's promised "big twist".

Many viewers and some celebrity fans, including Lorraine Kelly and Coronation Street's Antony Cotton, have expressed their outrage at the 21-year-old Scot's axing.

But Jade is reportedly recovering from a car accident and her mum hinted that the big twist could not be her daughter's return, saying: "They could never get her down there and ready in time."

A show source added: "Each judge already has four acts. There is no room for any more. So Jade, or any of the other acts already eliminated, won't be coming back."

Jade's fellow Scot Lorraine took to Twitter to voice her objections to Kelly Rowland's decision, writing: "Can't believe Jade didn't make it!

Corrie star Antony wrote: "Jade is the end! So sad. I'm officially sulking."

Tom4784 04-10-2011 04:51 PM

It's a double elimination then. How boring.

Aw, that sucks. I really hope she re-auditions next year as I absolutely love her voice.

Locke. 04-10-2011 05:01 PM

What a load of crap :bored:

Can't stand the beast

Can't stand her voice or can't stand the way she looks?

MusicXian 04-10-2011 05:03 PM

Or still a guest judge. Once again though why the outrage at no Jade? All 4 singers who made it through are at least as good, if not better than Jade anyway. I do think she is a good singer of course, but its nothing close to the Gamu stuff last year because the 4 through all deserved it in their own right, while Cher and definitely Katie didnt after falling apart in Judges House.

Not really in the end. Some critics seemed impressed by her. Maybe her appearance on US TV was better off left short and sweet, with a bit of mystery and them wondering about what else she may have done. As opposed to staying the whole season and not having much more to show lol.

I think Cheryl underestimated the respect Simon has built up for Paula Abdul in the 8 years they spent together on American Idol. Cheryl looks completely lost because Simon is sitting next to Paula and not her.

I am in no way a Cheryl hater, but Americans are fickle people and they need familiar faces. Aside from what we are reading ie "Cheryl is better than Nicole", Nicole was outstanding in Dancing With The Stars - the best ever contestant. She is known all over the States for the Pussycats, whereas Girls Aloud (sadly) never broke America. Nicole has a very compassionate side, and it feels more believable than when Cheryl cried on the program.
