Just for the record (because I keep thinking about it) I know 11 stone makes me sound huge, but I wasn't that big :joker: My mum weighed less than me at the time and she was bigger.
I think it varies for different people, like a fat person could be 9 stone and a skinny person could be 13 stone. Doesnt bone size have something to do with it as well? |

I'm slim... but I would put on weight easily if I didn't work at it. Very few carbs, no sugar at all, exercise, I walk whenever I can, always take the stairs, go to the gym even though I hate it... and I take at least a day off a month or I would go mental.
