fair enough I didn't realise that. Deana should be more sensitive I agree with that but there is no malice in it. Perhaps she's trying to help Becky but is too naive to know that her 'help' is actually counterproductive, at least in the short term.

Deana was probably just looking out for her, it's not the way most would approach it but there you go. Becky only has herself to blame for her weight, I wonder if at times she's seething with jealously at the other girls and feels she can't join in all the convos with them cos she's fat.
