Vicky can infract and ban other mods I believe, the rest of the mods can't though.

I never recieved an infraction either. I did get my sig locked for a few months once back in the dark days before I found my ferocity.

You should go for it. I have it on good authority (and from MTVN) that Mods don't infract or ban other Mods.... And it would be most amusing for the rest of us.
