A bit of a strange question, it's like asking if women have gravy on their chips, some do some don't.
I don't think women comedians really get a chance to be funny, their jokes always have to be about certain topics, they can't be as free with their jokes as men. |

I find some female comedians funny, and some unfunny. I'm the same with male comedians. I don't think having a penis necessarily makes you more hilarious, unless it's very small and you're naked except for a pair of socks.
