It was as good as over-cooked pork covered in honey can ever be, really. My sister gave me a recipe that I'll try next time. She roasts some small new potatoes, tomatoes, and mushrooms, then covers the chops in pesto and cooks them on top of the other stuff.

I'll still over cook them, but the rest of it sounds really nice.

why don't you do a jesus cookes thread and add some pictures of different meals, and ingredients, im an average cook, but I wont be beaten at washing up:shocked:

That was Novo's baby, and I couldn't compete with the genius that was chicken wings with bbq sauce, or biscuits with butter and cheese.

I may show the result of the pesto pork chops though.
