Well I'm not eating anymore tonight so this is my diary for today.
Breakfast, cup of green tea Dinner, cheese onion and spinach wrap with a spoon of low cal coleslaw cup of green tea snack, 2 handfuls of almonds peanuts and pumpkin seeds, 3 tangerines tea, gammon steak with cherry tomatoes, spinach, an egg and a spoon of low cal coleslaw and potato salad. breakfast=Cornlakes,banana and tea with skimmed milk dinner= Subway Wrap and coffee tea= veggie sausage,cabbage,cougett,carrots and gravy snack= two finger kit kat might have a cuppa soup later |

I'll make up for it tommorrow haha! Seriously though, I didn't want this thread to make people think they are eating 'wrong' just to help me think about all the little extras I eat. Like on secret eaters, they vastly underestimate their intake due to not counting half the things they snack on.
Calorie counting is boring so this seemed a good idea, let's hope it works :) |

Okay so my full intake today:
1 cup of black coffee 1 cup of black decaf coffee a bowl of chips 8 milky stars A bacon, cheeseburger with stilton and bacon sauce 1/2 pint of pepsi 4 glasses of water and so far 1/2 bottle red wine. :hugesmile: oh and 11 cigarettes :( |
