Trust me Liam, when I first watched one of these videos it was the other night when this thread was bumped. I thought it was really weird at first, but when I got through a whole video the end result made me feel more relaxed than I ever have in my life.

Only a select people get ASMR, if you're lucky enough to enjoy the little things like this. Basically it makes your head and body tingle and that triggers your bodys natural ability to relax.
