Call it out if you want I will still sleep tonight. Around 95% of men I've been around will make sex jokes, football jokes, women jokes, talk about sex and their gf's and all manner of things related to that.

Now bear in mind I've been to college, done an apprenticeship and worked for two different councils as well as going to football matches up and down the country that's a lot of men.

Good for you then, thankfully I live in a place where most men can act respectable towards women.

Aw now we are getting there, we don't act respectable to women now? I was waiting for that one.

I have already stated on another thread that if anything I believe that women are the superior sex but if you think I'm disrespectful when I make sex jokes or innuendo's then good for you.

Mind set of a smutty dirty little school boy the way he objectifys women - how any women would vote or want to be near anyone who talks incessantly about their parts or his other topic is I am deaf - or football

Enjoy your next gameshow Sam

Are you sure you want to go down that route?

After all, it was Dexter who went in "as the world's most notorious sugar daddy" (LOLz), and it was Dexter who said "I get paid to ruin girls like her", and it was Dexter who said woman are accessories and it was Dexter who sat in the lounge giving a speech on how to get girls into bed just by having a packet of crisps in your kitchen cupboard....

Dexter said a lot of things when he first went in: it was part of a strategy which was soon dropped. He admits it. It was a daft strategy and bore no relation to his real life.

Whereas Sam was just being himself..... or so we believe.

That is the difference.

Really?

In my eyes someone who thinks creating a strategy/game plan where he objectifies women as nothing more than sexual objects that are there to be used and abused as he see's fit is far worse than someone saying some cheesy one-liners for a giggle.

I also think it bore a strong relation to what he wants to become in life and entering the BB house he felt would assist with this dream. It was only when he realised he entered with people who were far more mature, intelligent and decent than him that he realised that his strategy and game plan would not take him very far and he ended up being a blubbering idiot who's only other strategy was to use the pity vote and the "I have no friends" and "I just want to be loved" game plan fell into place. I have no doubts that his wish to become what he pretended to be is still lurking in the background of his thoughts.

I started off wanting Sam to win too.

But by the end of the 9 weeks, i had completely changed my mind.

When he won and never thanked his voters and refused to drop his personal grudge against Dexter, i realised i was right in thinking Sam was not the nice guy i'd first thought he was.

Good luck to him though and if he actually does give £25k to charity then that is a really generous thing to do.

Bit of a weird strategy to pick.

I know I'll just piss off 75% of the viewing public by saying I use women as accessories.

Yes well it was pretty evident that intelligence was not Dexter's forte.

CaudleHalbard 22-08-2013 04:56 PM

Being runner-up with hordes of people saying "Dexter should have won" suggests that, overall, he didn't do too badly! ;)

If he had gone in as himself, that could have tipped it. Fair to say, maybe, that he succeeded DESPITE his game plan(s) rather than because of it/them.

DanaC 22-08-2013 05:00 PM

No. I think the way he started out helped him overall. There's nothing quite like a redemption story.

I think people will still remember Sam's comment: "Went in a boy and came out a bellend" :joker:

..... rather than any redemption.

This was Dexter's strategy;

Going in:

"I have a woman for every occasion they are like accessories, yeh I'm London's biggest sugar Daddy I was a male escort."

In the house:

"Male escort? my arse you were."

*everybody mocks him, calls him a snake etc and he just sits there and looks sullen.

People then go awwwwwww look at those Nasty bullies Dexter hasn't even raised his voice they are just nasty pieces of work.

Halfway in:

"Oh look I'm a changed man, I've never really had any friends"

*appeals to public because that always works*

"It's so nice to think somebody likes me to write me a letter blah blah I'm emotional."

Boom here comes the I'm a changed man act.
