I'm not sure but isn't it strange the way they just suddenly look up and stare at the ceiling for a few seconds.

What has caught their attention and what are they staring at ????

I've noticed this too.

They just stare intently for minutes on end even though there's nothing tangible there. Weird.

I was younger than that.. but it's not about age, you should know it anyway, it's one of the deadliest natural disasters in history and happened so recently. It's like not knowing about 9/11

Well done. Have a medal for remembering it. I didn't that's why I asked so leave your holier than thou attitude out of it.

I honestly don't remember it. I remember of a tsunami that ripped into Japan but I couldn't tell you when or where. If that makes me an ignorant ***** then I'm sorry Salman I really am.

I'm gobsmacked you can't understand stu...
Maybe your knowlege of contemporary issues doesn't stretch to extending your vocabulary?
We all have our cross to bear.

Niamh. 08-11-2013 10:51 AM

Alright calm down everyone, I'm sure Salman wasn't trying to start anything.

Kizzy 08-11-2013 11:08 AM

Just to add I think the 2 most recent disasters following the 2004 tsunami was hurricane Katrina in 2005 and the tsunami in Japan in 2011.
Those two stick in my memory.

Infanticide - Animals that eat their own young.

Kizzy 08-11-2013 11:56 AM

What about that, does it have relevance here?

user104658 08-11-2013 12:12 PM

Psychic cats, butsecks, incest, the Tsunami, vagina innuendo and now infanticide? I swear, this thread has it all.

Livia 08-11-2013 12:20 PM

Rather than ESP, I think animals' instincts are highly developed, so much so that we (humans) don't really comprehend it so give it a magical explanation. I hope this comment doesn't interfere with the sniping, smart-arsing and pussy jokes.

Well that depends is your comment classed as sniping or smart-arsing?
No matter, I understand your point.
Animals if have too many young to feed can devour a few, it's not anything to do with ESP though.
