Unnecessary imo, agree with the criticisms already made and I don't like the idea that it sorta turns posting into a contest with people always wanting to have the most 'likes/thanks', will just get used for one-upmanship in a lot of discussions as well

Not sure why this thread was made really when the last one on this topic got bumped only last month and it was said there were no plans for it to happen anytime soon

It's a great tool for having a pop at somebody without actually saying anything and risking getting infracted. Just wait for your mate or someone with a backbone to have a dig at someone you don't like then slap a greenie/like to his/her post.

sly comment which is used as an insult (and denied as one too...) and then getting your crew to 'like' it

would definitely be used in a bad way on here
