Linda is an utter failure, disowned by her own family and claiming state benefits. Jim has never had difficulty getting work. Linda is bitter that someone who publicised her husband 's thievery has had a much more successful career than her.

THAT is what she can't forgive Jim for.

I think that's probably a part of it - watching where Jim's career went from there compared to her life with her husband; and I'd imagine she feels that life is unfair, her husband is dead but Jim Davidson's still alive and well and seemingly popular with the public etc... Who knows really, it would help if she actually spoke about it instead of just stating that she hates Jim over and over.

It sounds as if it has been quite active. I read that article you posted which contained the jokes about paralympic athletes from one of his recent gigs. They were absolutely horrible. It's about time people stopped laughing at jokes like that, and paying for his gigs. He'd soon have to clean up his act.

And some people need to stop being so PC, they are only jokes at the end of the day & many people do find such jokes funny, doesn't mean that they are awful people for finding a funny joke funny, just that they have a different sense of humour to you...

TV work, touring, I don't know, comedians don't have a shelf life, they just drop in and out of favour of TV work. Linda was a background singer in a family band who had a couple of one off reunions in the last decade and sadly may never reunite again after the death of the lead singer, her sister.
