At the moment that comment was made, Kim was just exercising, fully-dressed in a sweater. She was not in lingerie with her hand cupping her boob. Either way, those comments are not justifiable and she does not need to accept it. Just because she would expect those type of comments with her line of work, does not mean that she should accept it from someone she is friends with.
