That's what I keep trying to stress about people commenting on "She's not been ill long enough to go to hospital bla bla bla bla". Or that it must be so serious because she's gone to hospital. :shrug:

And as for Sam, most people didn't know at all because she barely featured in the highlights and got called dull and then she came out and said she'd been in bed ill for most of the series.

I have not watched last nights BOTTS yet but do owe Danielle an apology as when she was interviewed by Emma and spoke about unfairness etc I thought typical sour grapes from sour face.

But she does have a point as based on what we saw it did appear that Kimbot was going to be the newbies choice. As per usual we viewers will be kept guessing RE Kims illness and sadly I suspect the producers will attempt to capitalise and milk the situation. So I hope Kims illness was genuine and she gets well soon because if proven otherwise it will not reflect well on all concerned and further increase the feeling that the show treats its viewers as mugs.

And if the whole incident was straight forward and a genuine illness, then mentioning that seems easier and more beneficial to the credibility of the show rather then letting a mystery surround it.

Also they have twitter accounts, why not use them and update fans?

I suppose her discussing things with her lawyer is a real possibility, I didn't think of that before. And it's one of the few reasons that would explain BB's lack of info on the matter.

Americans are good at the legal stuff and she is a lawyer so i wouldnt put it past her to have concocted this whole scenario before going in, to take the show down in the face of emotional abuse, hence the Steven thing which is so non real its comical.

They are bound to show it in tonights highlights then we will know why. And it was never to avoid eviction because Kim had never been up therefore had never heard a bad crowd reaction to her. She may have thought she MIGHT be going but would never have thought she DEFINITELY was
