Yeah, but you can't keep changing the subject back to rape. So stick to just the threat.

Well you do, you keep bringing up examples of actual rape.

You have done it again, and switched back to actual rape. I said that the threat was worse when it is guaranteed possible. Worse than threatening behaviour towards an impossible end.

He is a funny man and funny people make jokes for God's sake.

Winding a 60 odd year old man up to the point where he has to leave because he's afraid of losing his temper isn't funny or acceptable.

Look at the words you have written again. If he is 60 and can not control his rage and anger then yes he should be asked to leave the show for the safety of the other contestants. All Perez this was unmask that trait at the expense of his own safety and to the benefit of the other housemates.

You are the one who said a threat rape against a woman is worse than a threat rape against a man. So you brought up the word of rape first. Stop trying to turn it around and actually engage in a debate.

It' not about the word 'rape'. Rape is to actually commit the assault. Threat of rape is verbal.

Look, a man holding a bomb says "I am going to blow you all up with this bomb!"

Is worse than a man holding a sandwich and saying "I am going to blow you all up with this sandwich!"

When there are degrees of damage those degrees count.

Plus in the eyes of the law its about "INTENT"

So with Perez what was his true Intent? well if we are adult and honest we can say it was something said in anger with out any real weight behind it. It was also a selection of words used a foul language substitute. So Perez said I am going to shove my fist down your throat. Do we take that as literal act he will carry out? no of course not.

So the facts are Perez said something in a rage and in the diary the fact he took it all as a joke shows his true intent which was one of banter in a heated argument and no more.

So it was said in anger and not as a joke then ... invalidates your whole thread

I think most people with a brain are aware that if you keep poking a lion with a stick it's gonna turn around and bite you.

He saw Alexander as an easy target because, as Perez put it (whilst in the cage with Cami Li and Nadia) Alexander was an ex drug abuser that seemed to be struggling.

Perez is a malicious **** if you ask me.

I do understand your anger when i view from the place you are looking. However look at the words you have chosen to describe Alexander. A lion is a deadly killer and combine that with a drug abuser and you have a recipe for danger in a closed environment. I honestly believe Perez being a very intelligent man knew this and was worried not only for his own safety (as he told BB many times) but also for his fellow housemates. So he simply drew the lion out so BB could see this as prior to his concerns they had not taken them seriously. So when the true homophobic and angry Alex turned up BB then acted in the safey of all concerned thanks to Perez.

There's only danger if you poke the lion though. He'd have been fine without Perez baiting him.

Look at Alexander's reaction to being called a big fat negro, in a southern accent by Ken. His response was calm and measured.

Just like there's a few bitter, joyless miseryguts' in the house, there are bitter, joyless miseryguts' outside of it, and they HATE people being funny

Hopkins hates Perez because he's funny and she isn't. People who don't get invited to parties complain about parties on their street. Insecure bores hate the popular office joker

It's just human nature sadly. Just as the house is divided along the lines of those capable of having a laugh and those not (Perez vs Hopkins), so is society, the voting public, the street, the office, any community

But those of us who've enjoyed Perez' antics and controlling of situations should just enjoy it. He obviously doesn't care what the joy-vacuums think
