Yes. It's my opinion, stop trying to make it out like it's wrong.

BB10, to me, had a great cast, always something happening, great live feed, great storylines and a great winner.

BB9 had a crap cast and was taken over by the dullest group in BB history. Only good thing was a decent winner and sara/lisa/rex/alexandra/sylvia. The rest were crap.

Bad production.
Bad tasks.

Eviction nights weren't the same that year.

BB9 had a good cast, great tasks, and a much better production than the lackluster production present in BB8.

Definitely.

BB10 isn't even in the same category as BB9.

BB10 would rank as one of the lowest BB's of all time for me.

I wasn't tying to make out your opinion was wrong. Don't be such a drama queen.

I just don't agree with you. I find it hard to believe BB9 is trash, while BB10 is a classic.

In regards to BB10 live feed. It had none. Which contributed to how weak the series was.

Allowing housemates to refuse nominating, and not even doing anything about it also ruined it for me, too.

The tasks that year were awful. I don't even remember any of them.
Evictions weren't the same with the panel.

Despite, the good cast. There was a lot of housemates I disliked. It was hard being a BB10 fan when you disliked both Freddie and Marcus who were seen as gods.

The only housemates I genuinely liked in BB10 were: Beinazir, Sophia, Karly, Noirin, Bea, and Sophie.
I absolutely despised Charlie, and David.

I preferred the BB9 final five, as opposed to the BB10 final five.

Also the housemates I disliked in BB9, I liked more than the housemates I disliked in BB10.

Each to their own, I guess.

Erm, Daniel uses the word "dull" to describe a group in BB9 but then says it had a decent winner? :umm2:

She spent her winning moment clutching onto a blind man's ball washer that should tell you everything.

I agree with every series you listed apart from BB8.

I'm one of the few that like BB8.

It's not as bad as people say it is. Although it goes unwatchable after Day 62, when both Charley and Chanelle leave.

Firewire 06-05-2015 08:01 PM

one of the best series ever imo

Well in my opinion BB10 is a classic and BB9 is trash.

I liked most of them in BB10 anyway

BB10 was the start of the decline of Big Brother, it's the series that ended Big Brother's popularity in the UK, deservedly so. A terrible series.

And that was for me too.

It was only until BB13, that Big Brother returned to form.

All I remember of Sree was him attempting self-harm after leaving the house.

I don't think it was the actual series its self.
I just think that by 2009, the majority of viewers lost interest, and so did the producers. Regardless of the quality of the series.

The flat BB10 launch pretty much confirmed this.

I think that did have something to do with how I view this series as it was quiet depressing at the time.

Daniel. 06-05-2015 10:10 PM

It was amazing at the time for me, the forum's were busy as hell anyway and the live feed when it was on was always great

Really?

The launch was abysmal.
It felt so flat and had no atmosphere whatsoever, IMO.

The 'blink and you'll miss it' house tour, which was simply just Davina saying "Here are some crates, let's meet housemate number 1".

You could tell Davina was beginning to loose interest. She couldn't even pronounce Ciaron's name properly and said it a different way three times.

Not to mention that depressing crowd, which shouldn't even be called a crowd. Just a handful of Tesco shoppers asked to pop round the compound, for the evening.
