I have come to the conclusion this show is too brutal.

As a viewer,it seems to me that we hardly get a chance to connect with the acts really, they seem to be selected then dumped with great haste out of the show for good.

Maybe it is why no one has really lit the showbusiness world up from this show over all its series.

That's a good point Joey and you may be right. I do love the Blind auditions and Battle rounds though, maybe they need to change how they do the Lives though and instead of getting rid of one act each, just get rid of one act altogether. What they could do to make it different from the X Factor is either have each judge choose one of their own acts to face the public vote along with the chosen act of the other judges or have the three other judges choose the act of the fourth judge to face the vote etc

tYes, that could maybe work, I do think it needs the format changing,even it it means the series goes on longer too.

You just forget the acts who end up seeming like cattle being herded out the door.

Very hard to judge their real strengths and talent from hearing so little from them really.
