ANYONE who doesn't share your opinion is naive yes?
In essence you are calling me naive.

Oh my, how WILL I go on?

Those gosh darn politicos. Excuse me, slimy politicos.

Why, I have no idea as every time he opens his mouth it's to scream at someone to stop shouting at him or 'SHAT APP'...'SHAT APP'. The guy couldn.t hold a conversation with a string pull action man...just the type to win BB. Why is it that all the past BB heads on the after shows are English? Is it perhaps because all the Irish BB HM's over the years got real jobs in TV and newspapers? Sorry I have to discount spiral as we still can't find the A'hole (his own) that he disappeared up. More later, p'r'aps.

In this particular instance... Yes.

Not every politician is a slimeball, though these days almost all of them are, and Joel is very much a slimeball politician. That was an example of him campaigning for himself. It had nothing whatsoever to do with taking a principled stance. Sad to see people can't see these things for what they are. It's why the likes of Blair and Cameron are such perfect front men for parties today.

Yes, you got 2 out of the 3 fakes right. Shame you can't see the other one for what he is.

Thanks for the attempt to educate on politics.
I'm in America and we have Obama, arguably the worst President since Carter. All kidding aside...
I deliberately typed/phrased my last post as it would have been written by Joel just to get your ire because I figured you out a while ago.
You completely missed it. You take this way too serious with your disdain for politicians. Glad Joel gives you a target to voice that displeasure. Carry on. This is hysterical.

Obama is a slimeball politician in the mould of Clinton, Blair and Cameron.

My disdain is for Joel and what he did tonight. Which is just typical of modern day slimeball politicians. Just as typical is people not being able to see it for what it is.

I'd bet money you have a crush on him. Admit it.

I do quite like Abba. But real men should always be willing to admit this.

I think Joel likes to see himself as highly principled and in many ways probably is. He said right away that he didn't want to be a part of it, which is all fine and dandy except a decision had to be made and BB was going to make sure it was, as they all knew...you don't go on BB to opt out when it comes to making hard choices....as for Danny, he may be as thick as a plank, but he has leadership abilities and somebody had to make a decision, and quickly, so he took the lead and did. I think it is that simple really.
The outcome was never in question anyway - it was always going to be Sam.
Imo, Joel and Danny behaved true to form. Not a fan of either, by the way.

Real men don't try to ram their opinions down others throats.
Trying to convince me about Joel or yourself?

I know a guy who makes it look like he's taking a principled stance when in actual fact he's just a self serving creep... His name is Joel.

camertone 11-07-2015 12:51 AM

it was too stupid thing to take any part in it.

Principled stances are often a way of opting out of making hard choices and letting someone else take the heat....

Joel appeared to maintain his integrity and my first thought was well done you.but he is an intelligent guy and what I have noticed throughout the show is that his mind does a very quick compute of all possible answers and implication's of answering the most innocent of questions before giving a response.

By refusing to participate in the vote he put himself in a win win situation and this happened with a favourable outcome for himself.I wonder if the other HMs have worked this out but even if so they will know they are on dangerous ground by challenging him about it.

The over night betting markets have gone a little bonkers and will settle down later but currently an amazing turnaround with betfair now showing Chloe as the new fav Joel 2nd Jack 3rd and Danny now 4th.I suspect that most of this is down to that task.

Josy 11-07-2015 07:32 AM

Eh? Danny was the one that was adamant it should be Sam, there was nothing wrong with Joel waiting for a majority decision...
