As much as I like Jaustin, I know Austin doesn't have a 'Red Room', so we should evict him the first chance we get so Tila can get close to James

Give the little bitch her money to get rid and get her on the next plane out of here.

bye then

No, she's the one of the most disgusting excuses to be titled a human being I have ever come across.
She's mess - not only by her horrendous Hitler campaign, but she's definitely (self confessed) unstable mentally and ill and this experience can just throw her further downhill. Take the Shabbaz factor, but push it to the limit - She wouldn't have passed the psychological exams if she had one as part of the recruit process.
C5 needs to get over themselves and pay her what was in the contract and move away - as much as I don't think she deserves a penny.
She may donate a percentage of it to a holocaust survivors/awareness related foundation if she really is "sorry" for her despicable behaviour - as far as I am concerned, she backed off and apologized just because it backfired on her and not because she truly made her homework regarding this case (as it can be expected from such a fame *****).

It wouldn't stand up in a British court

It's more the principle I'm looking at tbh.. I don't like how They can F with someones life like that because of a stupid "mistake"

However, she is said to believe that bosses planned the shock exit in a bid to boost ratings
This would be fine, except they barely mentioned it on the show and therefore it was more like an embarrassing relative being bundled off rather than an attention-grabbing spectacle.

As for the idea that Simon the twat threatened to sue, it's ridiculous. Sue them for what?! Being denied his desperate attempts to re-establish a career he never had?!!

Ross. 31-08-2015 10:19 PM

tbf it'd only attract more attention to the mess and any credibility this show has left if they let her back in lmao

Lostie! 31-08-2015 11:23 PM

I'm sort of here for her breaking back in and then refusing to leave.

I agree. No way were they doing it for the shock value. They just wanted to get her the hell out of there pronto.

If they're refusing to pay her for something they knew about before she agreed to do the show then it will stand up in court and she would win the case. I imagine that Endemol will settle the matter out of court if it came down to it however.

I disagree. Saying it was a stupid mistake is just trying to trivialize her actions.
Hitler didn't just F with peoples lives, he snuffed them out forever, all 6 million + of them, and she admired and 'respected' that monster. Maybe she regrets it, but I wouldn't mind her life being F'd with for a little while just to make sure some sense is knocked into her dumb head. At least nobody is going to stick her in a gas chamber.

They won't put her back in! Rightly or wrongly they made the decision to kick her out. They have to stand by that decision.

lostalex 01-09-2015 08:22 AM

good, she should march back into that house. how funny would it be if they sent her in in full nazi uniformm and with foot soldiers. they could make it part of the task, Tila's nazi takeover. it would be awesome.

kirklancaster 01-09-2015 08:33 AM

It's their fault for not checking her background and suitability, so they should pay her her fee, but NOT let her re-enter. As for her threat to sue them, that's an empty threat - after all isn't tequila best taken with a pinch of salt ?

Excuse me, I mean the producers made a stupid mistake in not doing their job

Robodog 01-09-2015 02:08 PM

It's appalling that Channel 5 let her enter the house and then removed her only 24 hours (or so) later. This should never have happened. But it did. For one of two reasons only. Either:

1. Channel 5 didn't do their background research on Tia properly before letting her in. In which case Tia is now paying the price for Channel 5's appalling laziness/incompetence.

- or -

2. Channel 5 already knew what Tia said in the past, but they let her enter the house anyway, knowing full well they were going to remove her soon after. In which case Tia is now paying the price as a result of Channel 5's cynical controversy-stirring manipulation.

So it's either a case of Channel 5's incompetence or Channel 5's cynical manipulation.

Either way Tia has a case to sue them.

I hope she does, for the benefit of future HMs and for the benefit of preventing potentially similar cases occurring in other TV shows. Despite her views being utterly disagreeable, they were not illegal and she should not have to suffer as a result of Channel 5's incompetence or deliberate manipulation.

lostalex 01-09-2015 02:11 PM

maybe Tila will re enter but with a whole team of nazis then the US and UK will have to team up to defeat the Nazi's that would be cool. like some sort of task where the US and UK have to become allies to defeat a greater evil.
