He was hilarious his first season:
-His "dry mouth" in the first episode
-Him telling everyone all the time he was a special agent
-Hunting for crabs
-Getting sent a bird feather
-His animal tattoos
:joker:
And this is without watching the season in years

Macie Lightfoot 27-11-2016 11:15 PM

Approximately zero of those things were funny.

reece(: 27-11-2016 11:19 PM

He wasn't legit crazy though, he was acting

reece(: 27-11-2016 11:20 PM

If he was an actual crazy person it may have been funny, but it was all acting in bad taste to me.

Sums up forums for you tbh

(I don't know who Phillip is, but I 99% likely agree with whatever JerseyWins is saying)

To go even further, his mindset was "I am consciously and admittedly trying to act crazy, but when you call me crazy, which, again, is what I am actively striving to be, that is as offensive as calling me the n-word so therefore you are racist. Also, did I mention that my great-great-great-great grandfather is Cherokee and thus I will wear a feather and channel his spirit because That's What Indians Do?"

Again, I would totally entertain the argument of his **** being more offensive than Colton's.

Macie Lightfoot 27-11-2016 11:32 PM

Not to mention his patronizing and bullying of every woman on his tribe, including his DEMAND that Ashley and Natalie donate half of their food rations to Grant because they are woman and he is a man and therefore he needs food more than they do.

Nah I think he's legit a crazy person though, regardless of him saying he was "acting" :joker:

It's like on the finale during the jury questioning when he calls someone a whiny child, but in reality that's him, like all the time, including at that moment. :joker:

6. Stephenie LaGrossa (all; in particular Palau)
7. Jonny Fairplay (Pearl Islands)

Jay added in. Sugar bumped down a spot outside the top 20. </3

Hannah is somewhere from like the late 30's to 45 in my top 50 and David falls just outside of it but is like right on par with the people around #50.

JerseyWins 16-12-2016 06:12 PM

It might be recency bias but I might put Jay even higher on my list when I think about it.

I was just watching some videos, including this one:

And it's just another example of him being a really good, genuinely caring person. There's a lot of raw emotion from Jay throughout the season (whether it's happy/sad/excited/mad - but he's also extremely positive) and I love that. :clap1: I really hope he returns.

I'm cutting out TIBB fan-fave Courtney Yates. She's great but I think I was overrating her on this list a bit. She's not as special/memorable for me over time. But probably Top 25 (or 30 for sure).

Of the recent seasons, Wendell & Domenick are borderline top 20. I'm cutting Joe out of my top 20 as well but he's still close. I might put Parvati back in the top 20 right around 18-20 but it's tough/close. Got a few winners in my top 20 or close going into WaW so can't wait to see how this season plays out for them :fc:
