but ok so i lost 5 stone in 5 months by eating less and moving more (copyright katie hopkins)

i just ate next to nothing and worked out a bit and it dropped off of me

i met my goal back in september and i've gained about 3 pounds since then (nothing compared to 5 stone though), but i can diet for 2 days and it's gone and i can get back to my 'normal' weight', yeah i've not got a six pack but i'm happy as i am, anything is better than what i was/felt like.

so just do it if it's going to make you happy, it's honestly life changing :clap1:

and with that, i pass my weight loss baton and bragging rights to you, will1999

Will.....a healthy diet, cutting out junk food and drinks, and moving around more will make your body immediately healthier, starving yourself will cause your body to hold onto fat as that's what the body does (it's a survival mechanism), eating foods that are unbalanced i.e. just eating loads of carbs will cause your body to be nutrient deficient (and cause constipation!)

3 balanced meals a day (that's a portion of protein, a portion of carbs and loads of veg) 2 snacks of fruit/nuts (check the amounts!) and plenty of water as well as exercise (enough to get your heart rate up) that's all you need to do to have a healthier lifestyle.

I've ate Chicken ravioli for lunch at Prezzo, carbs, protein and veg (peas).

I walked to the town there and back, a total of 2 hours of walking and about 5 miles walking.

The weight is already going down.

I need to eat carbs tonight as I've got swimming.

Does fruit juice count as fruit, it's fresh from Waitrose?

Fruit Juice is full of sugar. You think that it's healthy because it's FRUIT juice but infact it's no good for you
