Homeland security checks are tough, my niece went and she was at first told her kids didn't need checks (5 & 12), they arrive at the airport and they do!
Luckily she had an ipad and they had all the info they needed so it took 40 mins could have taken up to 24hrs though :/

Travel to the USA... your rights if denied entry.

[Your first move is to apply for an “ESTA”
(Electronic System for Travel Authorization) – which
gives you permission to travel to the United States.
You cannot board a flight without this.
This e-pass should be obtained via
the official website – esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
Do not use any unofficial sites which
claim to do the work for you.
Every individual traveller to
the USA needs ESTA clearance.
You will be charged US$4 (£2.70)
for the application, and a
further US$10 (£6.70) if you are
successful (a total cost of US$14/£9.40).
If your application is rejected,
you will only be charged the initial US$4.
An ESTA e-pass is valid for two years – after
which you need to apply for another. ]

Yes better to go
to the Embassy in London
they stamp your passport

:fist: Someone better tell those Americans to stop listening to the Intelligence Services they pay billions of dollars for, because some on TIBB know better.
