The girl in my life was really very beautiful (unlike Charlie :hee:) but she was THE most insecure person I had ever met and caused the most humiliating rows in public over 'imagined' reasons - I looked up and a girl just happened to be in my eyeline so I was "giving her the eye", or a girl friend who I had NEVER been involved or intimate with just happened to stop and say "Hi" in the street, but we were "fecking on the sly" etc etc.

When her toxic accusations flared into arguments, she would often TRY to attack me, and I did feel like being 'physical' with her on more than one occasion but bit my lip instead. (which is why I am now one ugly MoFo with huge blue 'Bride of Wilderstein' type lips :laugh:)

Unless the sad bitch is TOTALLY bereft of intelligence, then I think that poor Jason has communicated to her in as many ways possible - language and body language - that HE DOES NOT WANT TO BE WITH HER.

And let us not forget that he KNOWS her from his - obviously painful - relationship with her, so he KNOWS just how she is likely to react if he was outright nasty to her in his 'refusals to engage' with her.

For me, he has made his feelings more than CLEAR in the nicest, gentlest way that he can. I say 'nicest and gentlest' because 'nice' and 'gentle' is - obviously - what kind of a man he GENUINELY is.

I'm older than that and still younger than some men I know who are 25 years younger than me.

My wife is 20 years younger than me and was just 18 when we met, and we have been together for over 20 years, so I for one, could not give a toss whether 'some' see such an age gap as 'wrong' - it is not.
