A drop but still decent rating. It was tied with last summers first Tuesday show which got 1.59m.

Thought it would have been 1.7m with +1 added in to be honest, but I think it was something like 1.64m, so it was probably that.

CBB scored 1.5m (7.5%) inc. +1.

Looks like it will probably stay at this level which is the same level CBB16 achieved.

It's up on the 1.39m that the first Wednesday of the series last year got.

Mess it only getting around 400k - 500k up from civilian BB, summer CBB remains pointless

It's not a mess at all.

It's beating last summer and rivaling the Gary Busey year. And they spent only 20% of the fee that they spent for the Jan series, so this series must be a huge success for C5.

Really good.

But they still had to pay for celebs whereas they didn't for regular BB.

But like I said, they spent a record low this series.

The amount they paid them + being half shorter + Other House cost= CBB (this series anyway) was cheaper than BBUK.

C5 are rolling in the money at the momenta according to a Broadcast article about money.

Wow, that held up much better than I expected for the second episode! About 1.8 and 1.5 with +1 i'd say which isn't bad

Celebrity Big Brother - excluding +1 - 1.13m

Compared to last summer each Saturday got
910k, 1.04m, 940k, 820k all including +1 so quite an improvement especially for being on at 10:30pm

But last Saturday got 1.35m including +1 at 9pm so being later still hurt it

Last night got 1.33m excl +1, so I'd assume 1.5m with +1, it's not too bad. Sundays have seemed to have done pretty poorly this year for BB17 too.

It is already however higher than last years 2nd Sunday which got 1.31m incl +1. Which is good...

Now it's Monday, we should get the weekend ratings with +1 hopefully, already we have Fridays:

We won't get Saturdays though because Broadcast won't publish that because they never publish ratings from 10pm onwards.

If lets say timeshifts end up getting 500k nightly, then the ratings of 1.6-1.8m we have been seeing will be at 2.1m-2.3m every day!
