Ugh this is so true. So annoying when people whinge about people not liking men when like 80% of BBUK men are boring af. Why do people care so much? I WILL like entertaining women if I want to.

Ultimately my main problem with Jason as a winner (not as a housemate) is that to be an entertaining one he always needed to rely on others. His dynamic with Andy is because Andy is a vocal person. His feud with Charlie comes from Charlie's expressiveness. Him evicting Lateysha is pretty blank from his perspective and is more memorable for the OTT reaction by all the housemates to it. The only time he really started standing out on his own was the last two weeks (which is one of the ways he won). Hughie on the other hand is the exact opposite of this, and by extension so is everyone else Jason was up against (not to say I wanted Jackson or Andy to win over him, no way.)

A fairly okay housemate but not a very good winner

tbh the main reason I was mad Jason won was because his fans were literally SO annoying and rude on here

the Lateysha hate from them especially was really vile

BB17 easily would've been my 2nd fav series had Hughie, Jayne, or Evelyn won

The best winner ever,he is only hated on here as he sent the forum fave packing,LOL, it was the highlight of the series,he's a lovely man aswell,so he's the best along with Aaron for me.

in fact she was only like the 6th favourite on here. Jayne, Laura, Evelyn, Charlie and Emma were more popular

Are you kidding,take a look at last years BB posts,she was a firm fave ,hence the hate for Jason when he booted her out.

Ugh Charlie was such a legend it hurts.

Um no he's disliked because he was a miserable bore who added nothing of value to the series but still won because of sympathy and thirsty granny votes and still then he couldn't crack his face.

She really wasn't. She was liked but not loved and was no where near as popular and everyone makes out she was.

I also find it ironic that you say Jason only got hate for evicting her when I seem to remember Jason only becoming a favourite with certain people on the same day he evicted Lateysha :think:

This is true. If I recall correctly, nobody cared too much about him up until this point.

And I don't think people should be complaining about Jason's fans when a few people on the opposite side were constantly calling him abusive etc with no evidence to back it up. Highly doubt Charlie would be screaming "take me back" if he was that bad of a person.

Not the Jason & Charlie debate again. Look they were BOTH doing bad things and neither are better or worse than the other was (charlie was a better housemate though)

Oh I agree that some of the Jason hate became OTT but the constant misspelling of Lateysha's name, calling her fat, saying she was a bad mother and the childish name calling from some of the older members of the forum was disgusting.

He was never cruel to her , but she was to his dog :hehe:
