I do think Saira is very patronizing & talks down to they younger group BUT there was no need for what they did last night. The younger group came across a entitled, spoilt, nasty little brats.
Renee is clearly trying to keep IN with the younger crowd. I can see her defending whatever they do.

The snearing faces she pulls at whoever she is talking to would be enough to make me snap at her too

I totally get that but the likes of Marnie & Bear were just nasty. I'm finding it difficult to like any of the HM's this time.

Marnie was wrong to flash at Saira like that.
Bear was wrong to goad her and suggest it.

The others just happened to be there and weren't an active part of it.

Saira has been insulting and provoking half the house since she entered, trying to get a rise out of anyone she can, so she has 100% invited a response to it.

Marnie and Bear were doing well all day, holding their own against Saira's spiteful judgement and passive-aggressive techniques. But then they lost their good ground by the boob thing. It's given her exactly what she has been searching for since day one: victim status. Watch her now milk this for all she can get out of it.

I like James & Ricky but I think James will be out early as the younger group will nom him. I think Sam sits on the fence too much right now. She was mental on the reality show about a bar years ago. I liked that Sam better.

They're all vile, I'm surprised that Lewis is getting mostly away with his part he played in last nights actions, considering he's the one who dared Marnie to go and fake apologise in the first place, he's the one who started the ball rolling, Bear and Marnie are human trash though.

I'm on about that certain people can see through one victim chasing, yet couldn't with the other.

No as much as I dislike heavy d and Lewis I don't see them as bully's so there isn't really a bully group, just a complete twonk bear and his bee-atch marnie who will do anything bear clicks his fingers at for her to do, and believe me she will be making him get them fingers to work real soon! all this rubbish about bullies. Bullies are only effective against someone who can be bullied, and no-one in that environment can be. There are no weak personalities and no-one can be isolated when they have a diary room to go to at any time they wish.

Anyone that gives the impression of being bullied is doing so because they want it to appear that way.

Couldn't disagree with all of this more. Anyone can be bullied, to say only weak people can be victims of bullying is just plain wrong. As is suggesting the existence of a Diary Room automatically rules out the possibility of bullying or isolation taking place in there.

I'm sorry but a "bully" can huff and puff all they like, but they can only take advantage of someone that can be bullied. To deny that basic fact is to not understand the issue.

I think the one claiming only weak people can be bullied is the one lacking a basic understanding of bullying.

Anyone can be bullied, I've got a strong personality and I've been bullied in life.

I just feel really uncomfortable with bullying debates on BB though as anyone being spoken to in a nasty way is automatically being bullied ever since Shilpagate.

The only people that I've seen be bullied on Ch5 BB have been.

But that's not what is causing a fuss, it's the fact that they decided to make her the butt of a spiteful joke for a dare to take the piss out of her in front of the others when she was on the other side of the garden minding her own business.

if you read my entire paragraph, i also added that no-one could be isolated etc. It's a combination of factors that provides a failsafe environment.

Of course they bloody can. People have been isolated numerous times over the years on BB, the mere existence of a Diary Room doesn't change that. :umm2:

It's more of a nasty one off incident than actual bullying though.

Admittedly if it kept happening repeatedly and Saira was genuinely struggling to cope with it then I would agree with you that it's bullying.

and viewers fall for the victim card every time thinking BB is like the real world :umm2:

Oh and Perez and Alicia (especially Alicia) was bullied by the Hopkins crew in CBB15.

The Big Brother house is one of the most isolated places on planet earth, that is its very nature...to suggest otherwise is just bizarre :umm2: of course you can be isolated in there

That said, one incident is not tantamount to bullying. It was uncomfortable to watch and twatty, but unless it continues it's not bullying
