Based on the clip on BOTS itself, It was to do with making a pact to share the prize fund. Possibly he found out Rachel agreed to share the prize fund and didn't through some of the other big brother 9 houeseguests or something and it changed his opinion. This is purely just speculative.

I have wondered this, but is he referring to the pact that Davina referred to on her Big Mouth interview when Rex and Darnell mentioned about sharing the £100,000 prize between all the finalists so that they would all get the same amount of money? If he is, then Rachel wasn't part of it. She was aware of it, as she confirmed she was when Davina asked her, but it wasn't her idea. She didn't make any pact. When Davina asked her if she would consider sharing it out, she said that she would give £10,000 to charity.

I seriously think it would be better coming from him because i'm unsure if he wants people to know because he told me in person not on here and i wouldn't reveal something without their permission. but i can confirm 100% it's not about her not meeting him but it's not something really bad like prison worthy or she killed an animal.

Prison worthy? All the more reason to reveal it then, surely. It's not up to you OR Raph to keep it a secret.
