Out of interest, did he get you to go through and sign the health and safety manual? Did he show you and explain to you about COSHH? accident and incident recording? Food handling?

If not, he's breaking the law and needs reporting.

Another thing you can do is write a review. Bad reviews stick like fat to a kitchen ceiling.

Tell them to **** off...your being treated like a slave.

Report him...say you felt you had to leave...you might get some compo.

Wow just read some of this thread, sounds like your boss was a ****. D: I don't know why some managers/supervisors think they can treat their staff like **** and have no respect.

He was clearly just using you as much as he could bc you were on minimum wage, it's good that you got out of there.
