the cook can not do soup yet - to much of the instructions - she has just nearly mastered pot noddle and its been over 2 years of trying so I am hopeful for the future :joker:

I've just browned up some beef stew, mince, onion and carrot and bunged it in the slow cooker, so that'll cook til about 6.30pm or until one of us get home from work and we will just have that probably with some garlic bread for dinner :idc:

There is 4 bits of Salmon defrosting on a plate in the kitchen and i expect i will have that with lashings of broccili and a small baked potato with cottage cheese

a nobbly bobbly for pudding or homemade tablet
