How so though?

It's like saying using tindr to find random hookups could help to decrease it. There's no real correlation.

Rape is rarely about sex, it's about power and exerting that power over someone who can't fight back. A sex doll wouldn't likely work to reduce rape since it's not about rapists getting off on sex, they're getting off on the attack.
