You could say that about anything though... like, I don’t care about other peoples post count or awards they’ve won, yet we see that with all their posts

True. I'm not the only one who posts their 2018 faves in their signature...though my sig is not super sized unlike some of the members in this forum...

Turn them off, best thing i ever did.

Ban gifs though, as yet i havnt found the off button for them...or at least only allow links to gifs rather than the gif appearing.

User CP > Edit Options > Show Images (It's within the 'Thread Display Options' bit, just underneath where the option to turn sigs off is)
