Time to ramp up SD and kill off the BB part of the site

:clap1:

MICHAEL G 29-07-2018 09:50 AM

I think they struggle to find celebrities to go in. If they’re struggling now, what would they be like next year. They should keep BB and make the series longer and have a cbb every few years

I'm not sure about CBB, but i think BB19 will rate similiar to BB17 so be higher than BB18... lets not forget that the new BARB guildelines will come in September, so ratings should be slightly higher.

If they see officials of the high 1s, i 'm not sure whether they'd want to cancel?

Omg what happens to all of us now

How many new members does SD bring to the forum? This place will be dead within weeks :skull:

Black Dagger 29-07-2018 10:10 AM

It's not something to be proud of.

Yeah but these were ones I could think off the top of my head

Wasn't there a thread where someone said Marissa only appeared in 5 episodes? :clap1:

Probably because these 'celebrities' aren't celebrities

'Courtney Act' - Australian "drag queen"
'Jonny Mitchell' - "Love Island" Series 3 contestant,.
'Marissa Jade' - American 'mob wife'

RuPaul's drag race has really blown up and is very culturally relevant atm. Because of this drag has also been put in the spotlight and theres growing interest for it. So I don't see how a very well known drag queen isn't an appropriate housemate for CBB. Shane also got very involved in all the more mature conversations that got the last CBB so much praise. He brought a different perspective on gender issues and was very good at getting his point across. IMO he was a fantastic addition to the series and the suggestion that his casting is at fault rather than the productions awful handling of the show in the past 7 years is ludicrous.

"Culturally relevant"
so that's why that 14 y/o was on the news :joker:

CBB21 was Ann and India's series not Shane :skull:

Nicky91 29-07-2018 10:44 AM

to the haters of CBB i say, i hope this series will be great to prove all of the doubters and negativity wrong :fc:

CBB21 was not Indias series. She was just a bit of a pain in the arse for a week and then got voted out first.

People so willing to believe the Daily Star's "source" (they don't have one).

this

most overrated housemate going (even though she was evicted first, people talk about her as if she was the only decent thing about that series)

“i am a real woman” was kinda funny but apart from that i couldn’t stand her, even from launch night i didn’t get a good vibe off of her tbh

'India's series did you just say?'

well yes wouldn't it be a terrible series without India?

'Ok sorry i thought you meant'

blurryface if you can take offence then you'll always take offence
