I was on propranolol too but now i only pop one in a morning when I feel like I’ll need one (which isn’t very often tbf) :hee:

I got that with fluoxetine. Except I did get some kind of pain with them sometimes. Such an odd uncomfortable feeling.

I think GPs hand out pills to easily, obviously there are some conditions that require medicating but some conditions it should be a last resort.

I have to have my cholesterol checked every year due to a family history and its been fine up to this year when it was 5.7  anything over 5 is considered high... my Dr said the only reason she wasn't putting me on a statin was because my weight was fine. I did some research, starting eating porridge, stopped having dairy and added in some fruit and veg every day (specifically apples as the cholesterol attaches itself to the pectins and is taken out of the body) and 8 weeks later my level is back down to 4.4 so up yours and your statin basically

Oh i know know exactly what you mean - like being sizzled , my doctor said what do you mean sizzled , its like an electric shock that shoots to your brain . it took 18 mths of no meds before they stopped - that was Prozac. Bad i would never ever go back to that.
