I am better now because I have to wake up at 5am on work days. As long as I have my cuppa tea before work I can just about survive.

I've been getting up at 5:30 most days for work for the past couple of months and it's rather grim.

Hate it. Worst thing in the word. Only time I “enjoy” waking up in the morning is if I’m doing something exciting (theme park, holiday etc)

Even if I was NEET I'd be up early every day.

It's got to that time of year again where if I'm opening on a Saturday I have to be at work for 7.30am, and it's still pitch dark. I actually find that oddly cosy . I get all of the startup prep done in 10 minutes flat so that I can spend a while just sat quietly with a cup of coffee :hee:.

Yes. Usually get up about 4-5am, and run for about an hour before work.

To lose weight, because I was becoming a bit of a porker. Running seems to be working. :D

You can run from your chubby belly but you can never run faster than the gaping hole inside that makes you eat and eat :worry:

Its all about motivation

if i told you that if you did not wake up at 5 and be dressed showered and ready to go by 5.30 each day for a month I would shoot you between the eyes with an assualt rifle ( and you believed me)

hey presto

an early riser

I didn't get fat through eating a lot. And I don't drink booze either.

Can't stand pizzas, burgers, fast food no.

I got fat due to lack of exercise.:hee:
