That excuse might - MIGHT - work if the guy is maybe 20/21 but a 30 year old has a responsibility to be totally sure that their partner is old enough unless they are obviously an adult... specifically BECAUSE lots of younger girls look older than they are.

If a staff member serves a 15 year old alcohol or any other age-restricted product on the grounds that "Well they SAID they were 18 and they definitely LOOKED 18, especially their body" it would not be accepted as an excuse for a second. |The age check training makes it clear over and over that "young people can look over 18!" and that you should always be cautious and the same should apply here. A 15 year old is a child and the adult is responsible for buying into their lie. Or let's face it - pretending to buy into the lie - because a lot of the time it's just that the older person knows fine well they're probably not 18 but thinks they can "get away with it" on the grounds that they were lied to.

A 15 year old can easily look 18. They're very unlikely to look 25+ and that's why lots of bars etc. have a "Think 25" (or even Think 30) policy these days. Sexually active adults should have the same mindset :shrug:. If you don't KNOW the person well enough to be sure of their age, assume that "young" might mean underage.

At the end of the day the age of consent should be 14 like in most forward thinking 1st world countries

Oh yeah, children of 14 - and they are children at 14 - don't have enough pressure on them already, they should be available for any sleazy 30 year old who wants to posts questionable pictures of them.

I enjoyed his antics in Big Brother (and Ex On The Beach) but being totally honest I don't think he's 100%...

Constant bizarre stories and there was all of the stuff with him claiming that everyone (Charlotte Crosby's family, Rustler Burger, and some other companies) all owed him money with various semi-incoherent rants online. Like I used to think that most of his quirks were and act but it sort of seems like he might just be a genuinely strange feller.

I can't understand how he has fans at all. His piss poor treatment of women was awful enough and then his poor dog died because he was negligent in it's care and now he's a nonce.

He was always a trash piece of ****e, and his post-CBB behaviour is just extra things. Him being a serial cheater who stalks his partners is terrible, the negligence towards an innocent puppy was inexcusable, and being a slimy pedophile makes me wonder why he's not behind bars after that + numerous crimes done in CBB

I think he is mentally sub normal, i've always thought it.

The cast of the CBB he was in was an abysmal bunch of miserable self-important horrors and watching him wind them all up was hilarious.
